Each ticket admits one person only and is valid for the date and time specified.

Closed shoes and comfortable clothing are mandatory for selected activities.

The offer is applicable only to tickets purchased at the Casela Nature Parks ticketing counter.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

External food and beverages are not permitted within the park.

Opening hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm daily, including public holidays.

The management reserves the right to close any attraction or activity at any time for safety or technical reasons without prior notice.

For security reasons, bag checks and screenings may be conducted at the entrance and throughout the park.

Entry is free for children under the age of 4.
